Handling Time

  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Orders placed after 11:00 AM on Saturdays will be shipped the following Monday.

Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery typically takes 7–10 business days.

  • Please note: Delivery times may vary due to factors outside our control, such as carrier delays or inclement weather.

We ship exclusively through trusted carriers, including: USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase.

Eligibility

  • Items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.

  • Custom logo products are non-returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • A $3 processing fee will be deducted from your refund.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Please include a tracking number when returning items.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
